How To Restore Your Web Browser's Default Settings
Restoring the default settings in your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser can sometimes resolve access issues.
STEP-BY-STEP SOLUTION
Internet Explorer Users
- In your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, click "Tools" from the top menu.
- Click "Internet Options."
- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Click the "Restore Defaults" button. The original settings upon installation of your web browser will be restored.
Netscape Users
- Go to www.netscape.com.
- On the bottom left hand side of the home page under "Tools" click "Browser Central."
- You will then be taken to a page which shows the latest version of Netscape available to download. Click on the "Download" button and follow the instructions to install the browser.
